Confirmation of Registration

Please allow up to 10 business days to process your Application Form. Confirmation of your test date and location will be sent by email at least 10 business days before your scheduled test date.

Confirmation will be made by e-mail if an e-mail address is provided on the Application Form. Therefore, please check your e-mail messages regularly. If no e-mail address is provided on the Application Form, confirmation will be sent by mail or fax.

Your confirmation will include the test date, location, registration time and start time.Only those candidates who have received written confirmation (e-mail, fax or letter) will be allowed to take the test.

Important : If you have not received a confirmation email within 5 business days prior to your first choice test date, it is your responsibility to contact the IELTS Test Centre for confirmation.

Note:

• Users with @hotmail.com or @gmail.com email address – please be sure to check your “Junk Mail” or “Spam Mail” folders for confirmation emails.
• Users with @163.com or @qq.com – please be aware that the IELTS Test Centre is having difficulties receiving emails from those two domains.
